Most often, Atlantic halibut is offered as ‘Greenland Halibut’.
They can be caught in Canadian waters off Newfoundland to the waters in Northern Europe. The taste is similar to Pacific Halibut, but is more soft and flakey. As a lean fish, a gentle cooking method is recommended, ‘En Papillote’, makes our mouth water just thinking about it. But, don’t be afraid to try other methods, this fish is versatile!
