These Prawns are normally found on Sushi platters worldwide (amaebi). Known for their sweetness, and delicate texture. Since they have been frozen, the freezing process actually makes the flesh softer, and unsuitable for cooking. So we highly recommend to only eat raw. You won’t be disappointed.
