Please read this agreement carefully. By accessing and using the coasttocoast.com.hk website, you agree to the following Terms. Should you not comprehend these Terms or should you have any questions about them, please contact us. Prior to submitting an order to coasttocoast.com.hk, you will be required to confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms. Please note that these Terms are subject to change. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the services offered by coasttocoast.com.hk.

1. DELIVERY POLICY
All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

2. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
We strive to provide you the best in terms of quality and freshness. As we work primarily with wild products, the availability may be affected by seasonality and weather conditions. Should we be unable to provide you with a requested item we can either suggest a similar replacement or reimburse you.

3. PRICES AND PAYMENT
The prices of our products can be subject to changes without prior notice. Although we endeavour to ensure that all pricing information on this website is accurate, occasionally an error may occur and goods may be mispriced. If an error relates to the products for which you have placed an order, we will notify you at the email address or the telephone number which have been provided during registration and ask whether you would like to confirm the order at the correct price or to cancel it.

Once the order has been completed, payments must be made by bank transfer, credit card or PayPal in order for us to process it. Any order which has not been paid will not be delivered until payment has been received.

4. DELIVERY DETAILS
After our seafood supplies arrive in Hong Kong, we check all our products prior to delivery. We offer free delivery service for any order above HK$750 for urban areas. Orders below HK$ 750 will entail a delivery charge of HK$100.

Please make sure that you can be reached by phone on delivery day; we reserve the right to not attempt a subsequent delivery should we fail to reach you and if nobody is at the delivery address. If an order must be re-delivered or re-scheduled, both the return journey and an additional delivery fee will be charged to the customer.

If a typhoon, black rainstorm or more severe weather signal is hoisted, our delivery service will be suspended until further notice.

We provide premium products; however, the products you will receive may differ from the pictures on our website, which are displayed for information purposes only.

5. SEAFOOD SHELF LIFE
We advise you that you consume the products within 30 days of their delivery. They must be kept in a freezer (-18°C).

6. DAMAGES
The Company is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

7. REFUNDS / EXCHANGES
We do not offer refunds for sold items, unless they are faulty. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please send us an email at info@coasttocoast.com.hk.
